this is a brand new recoil housing cover that was used only on the early 197071 US90s  this style had the  female end where the handle locates in the cover  this early style required the pull handle with the separate umbrella to prevent water from entering the mechanism.  the changed this design by 1972  very rare correct part for that early us90 restoration
