this is a pull start handle kit for the early Honda US90s  this is for the style recoil housing that had a female end on it where the handle fits into  this style uses a rubber umbrella that slides over the bottom of the handle  this prevents water from getting into the housing you will received both the handle and the umbrella these are long discontinued from Honda and very hard to find
