this is a brand new seat pan kit for the 70-73 style US90 seats  it comes with the following

1) rear steel pan  stamped exactly like factory with 2 pressed in studs to mount to rear fender this fits between the foam and the actual cover in the rear 

2) 2 side steel flap brackets  these tuck into the pockets on the sides of the seat cover  and then go through the sides of the rear fender this holds the seat down firm to the rear fiberglass deck
