this is the front axle and hub assembly to convert the early 1970-74 Honda US90 balloon tires to a modern 8 inch wheel so you can use conventional tires. we have developed this complete setup that includes everything needed  front spacers, to step bushings and oem Honda castle nuts  just add you 4 on 4 bolt pattern centered offset wheel ( we have these available separately)  and you are good to go
