this is a very rare period correct trailer hitch made for the ATC90s , it uses 2 mounts from the grab bar  and the third mount goes on the hole on the underside of the rear axle carrier. not sure what manufacture made this it was found in the attic of an old Honda dealer its brand new never been mounted . I have never seen another like it
