Vintage Motorsports is proud to offer a full top end rebuilding package for your ATC90 cylinder, Here's how it works you send us your Cylinder from your ATC90 engine and here is what the package includes

1) we will degrease your cylinder in our Cuda parts washer ,then glass bead blast entire cylinder inside and out 

2) prep all gasket surfaces using a truing stone

3) measure current bore and determine the size piston it will require to clean up any damage 

4) we will Bore and Hone the cylinder to the proper size for piston size selected  setting the proper clearance per piston specs  typically 0.0018 in clearance

5) we will put a chamfer on both top and bottom of cyl after machine work is done

6) gasket surfaces taped and will apply fresh cost of low gloss black paint 

7) we will ship your cylinder back to you via USPS priority mail with a new piston and ring set with rings installed  , new wrist pin and circlips , and a new top end gasket kit 

NOTE !! Do not buy this service if your Cylinder is already at limit size of 1mm oversize. it cannot be machined , also any damage to base of cylinder surface from prying off with a screwdriver etc  or damage to the sealing surface of head we will not do this job and your parts will be returned at your expense.
