Years in the making !! have you been looking for original one piece balloon tires for your 1970-74 Honda ATC90 and keep coming up with junk rotted tires for $600 each or in the rare chance you actually find a nice tire the cost of $2,000 each drives you away .  we have developed a snap in wheel cover that mimics the original Honda OHTSU balloon tire used on the 1970-74 ATC90s.  this is 100% our design  starting with a 3d scan of an NOS OHTSU balloon tire to get the outside sidewall design exact in design and size  then we hired a crew of engineers to develop the structure behind the front plastic where it will click on to a 8 inch ATV wheel .  These will only work on an 8 inch  diameter wheel and will work on both steel and aluminum wheels
